Truffle Margherita
Absolutely incredible pizza. The truffle oil is perfectly balanced — not overwhelming. The crust has that ideal char from the wood-fired oven, and the mozzarella is clearly fresh. This is genuinely the best pizza I've had in NYC. Worth every penny and every minute in the wait.
Omakase Sushi Set
A transcendent dining experience. Each piece of nigiri was a masterclass in technique and balance. The toro practically melted, and the uni was the freshest I've ever tasted. Chef Nakazawa's attention to detail is unmatched.
Birria Tacos
Really solid birria tacos — the consommé for dipping is rich and flavorful. The meat is tender and well-seasoned. Only reason it's not A+ is the tortillas could be a bit crispier. But at this price point, it's an absolute steal. Will definitely be back.
Tonkotsu Ramen
The broth is incredibly rich and creamy — clearly simmered for hours. Noodles have perfect chew. The chashu is melt-in-your-mouth tender. A reliable A every time, though the spicy version from Totto still edges it out for the top spot.
